Return & Exchange
- We at izhai make sure a product gets dispatched after a quality check and most of our products are handmade thread pull, asymmetric printing, etc are not considered damages
- Cancellation of orders after payment and refund of the same will not be possible
- We don’t have a refund policy for any of our products
- We try to capture the true color of the product as possible but due to different screen calibrations slight color variation might happen and we will not be able to initiate refund
- However, if there is any damage we will be able to exchange the product, and we request the customer to mail us to izhaimadras@gmail.Com within 2 days after receiving it and return it back to us within 5 working days
- The returned product should be in unworn condition and we will not be able to exchange it if used or damaged by the customer Exchange will happen depending on the availability of the product at the time of exchange
- No returns or exchanges for international orders
- Customised orders & orders based on size chart will not have exchange
- Any sale-related orders will not have exchange or return
